Our Limited Warrancy Policy:
Ensuring about quality of our handmade cymbals, as one of our company' s main distinguishing highlights, carries vital importance to us, and in order to back up this motto, ArtisanTurk offers to cover a limited Warranty of two years for every cymbal in our lines, except categories of Splash and Fx Effect Holes.
If you believe any fault or flaw to be related to the manufacture of the product, please, with the receipt of your purchase, contact us first for inspection of the problem. Upon confirmation on the cause of problem, then, we would replace it with the new one.
We will not replace the cymbal if we discover any void conditions to apply to your case: such as abusive treatment or misplay, use of excessive force, physical damage caused by dropping or exposure to heavy deteriorating contiditions as humidity, acidity etc, or second hand or any lease use.
Please never send us the faulty product without our prior confirmation! We may ask you to contact and deliver it to one of our authorized dealers in your country.
